2023학년도 1학기 학기종료에 따른 수강생 LMS과목 접근 제한 안내
교육혁신팀에서는 제2차 원격수업운영위원회(2021.05.13.) 및 제1차 원격수업관리위원회(2021.05.27.)의 결정에 따라 LMS 과목에 대한 수강생 접근을 다음과 같이 제한합니다.
목적: 수업콘텐츠 저작권 보호 조치
접근 제한 대상: 수강생
접근 제한 학기: 2023학년도 1학기를 포함한 이전 학기
접근 제한 일정: 2023.07.02.(일) 00시부터 접근 불가
* 단, 복습 등의 이유로 수강생의 과목 접근을 허용하고자 하는 교강사께서는 다음과 같이 개별 과목에 대한 접근 제한 해제를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
접근 제한 해제 방법: LMS 과목>설정>세부정보>「종료일 이후에 학생들이 보는 것을 제한」
옵션 해제>업데이트.
1. HYU students' access to courses on HY-ON LMS will be restricted as follows
in accordance with the decisions of the 2nd Remote Class Committee
(2021.05.13.) and the 1st Remote Class Committee (2021.05.27.).
A. Reason: Copyright protection for course contents
B. All students except for professors and T.A. can not access to course contents of the previous semester including the first semester of 2022 on HY-ON LMS.
C. Effective Date: 2023.07.02. 00:00
2. Professors who want to allow students to access the courses for reasons (such as review) should proceed with the lifting of access restrictions as follows.
A. Route: LMS Course>Settings>Course Details>Unchecked「Restrict students from viewing this course after end date」> Update Course Details. The end.
